Mollie Tubbs received her Bachelor's in Biology with a concentration in Marine Science from Boston University in 2001. She has worked at the Marine Biological Laboratory where she executed a research project on various temperature and diet influences on oyster toadfish (Opsanus tau) mariculture. She spent a year and a half in the Clinical Virology laboratory at the University of Rochester Medcial Center performing human diagnsotic tests. A desire to return to research lead her to Neurobehavioral Facility Laboratory at the University of Rochester, where she examined the neurotoxic and behavioral effects of methamphetamine on mice. She attended Michigan State University for graduate school, obtaining her Professional Master's in Science in Zoo and Aquarium Management in 2008. Her interests include wildlife disease and animal behavior.
Mollie joined the staff in April 2009. She works concurrently for Drs. Cendrowski, Hoag, and Mendoza.
